How to
buy
Like any web site, the problem may at times arise
of keeping the actual state of what is available exactly in line with
the web site. Although we try to keep all pages as best we can up to
date. This is made worse by the effect of some browsers and internet
service providers storing or caching pages, so that what you see, may
not be the very latest page, put onto the web site.
We ask you when you see an item or items you want
to buy, to contact us to check availability, the easiest way to do this
is via email. If you at the same time say that you want it, and have
selected a payments method, we will
put it aside and not sell it to anyone else for the few hours or days it
takes your payment to arrive. If there are a number available and you
want more than one please tell us, otherwise we will assume one of each
item you list.
Please tell us who you are, your email address,
and just in case you made a mistake or there is a problem your phone
number. We will only phone if our email, in response, fails to get
through to you, and is returned to us.

I try to check this email address at least 4 times a day. there is no
spaces before or after the @.
If you wish to collect and save the postage, then
this is fine with us, and you can either suggest a date and time or ask
for our phone number, and then call to arrange it to suit you. As we don't
keep everything here, or run an office open to the public, so may go out
and leave it un-staffed, it is important that you make an appointment to
come and collect or see items. If coming to collect we will give you
detailed directions to find us. We are located north of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
If you have additional questions please ask, and
we will do our best to answer them for you.
If you want to buy something and it is reserved
for a person who has undertaken to buy it, we will tell you, and should
that sale fall through give you the next chance in line. Even if a
number of people are in the queue, we will not increase the price once
we have set it.
